This colorway was inspired by a customer request for shades of pink and brown. Those colors together remind me of early spring, when the crabapples are flowering but before the leaves come in. The pink flowers and dark brown bark always looks so minimalist and beautiful.
Pants will have cuffs and waistband in a coordinating yarn in shades of brown. Soaker can be all one yarn, or have the contrasting trim.
This is what I consider *the* perfect yarn for soakers and pants, which has taken me over two years to find. It is a 4-ply Bluefaced Leicester.
Soft, strong, lustrous and the exact right weight to result in trim soakers and pants with the perfect amount of drape. I *love* this yarn.
